According to reports, the man is a graduate of the Indian Institute of Management who left the company after 2 weeks of employment. The incident was shared by a sales representative of the company who said that he was asked to train an account executive.
The said user said that the trainee's salary was around 21 lakhs per annum with a joining bonus of 2 lakhs, but despite the high salary, the trainee left the job within 10 days.
The sales representative said that when the trainee was asked about the reason for leaving the job, he told me that he was told that he would work in the marketing department but he was first asked to do sales for a year.
The trainee said that this is the reason why I decided to leave the job because I was unhappy with this job and I had no interest in this job.
