The Afghan army claimed to have repulsed the Taliban attack

The Afghan Interior Ministry has claimed that the Afghan army has repulsed a Taliban attack on a border crossing with Pakistan.

The Interior Ministry said the Taliban attacked near the border in Spin Boldak, but security forces retaliated.

Meanwhile, according to a Taliban spokesman, the Taliban have announced control of a key crossing on the border with Pakistan in Kandahar.

According to Al-Arabiya, a Pakistani security official, speaking on condition of anonymity, said the Taliban had taken full control of the border crossing between Spin Boldak and Chaman. "The Taliban took off the Afghan flag and waved their flag," the official said.

It should be noted that after the withdrawal of foreign troops from Afghanistan, bloody clashes are taking place between the Afghan Taliban and Afghan security forces, while the Taliban have claimed control of 85% of the country.

The Taliban's advance is also being acknowledged at the international level. The British Defense Secretary reiterated his commitment to work together when the Taliban government is established in Afghanistan.

Last week, US forces evacuated Bagram, Afghanistan's largest air base. According to media reports, US troops disappeared quietly in the dark of night. When will the US troops leave?
