Landmine blast kills 5 in Sibi

 

A laborer's vehicle collided with a landmine in Babar Kachh area of ​​Sibi district of Balochistan, killing five laborers and injuring five others.

Deputy Commissioner Sibi Zahid Shah said that Babar was on his way to build a building from Sibi when his vehicle collided with a roadside mine, killing five workers Haider Ali, Usman, Yusuf, Muhammad Bashir and Mazhar. Hussein was killed and five workers were injured.

The four workers killed were from Sahiwal and Chichawatni areas of Punjab.

The bodies and injured were shifted to Sibi Hospital. Levies and other security forces cordoned off the area after the incident.
