It may be recalled that in September, the newly elected chairperson of the Fashion Pakistan Council, fashion designer Mahin Khan, had confirmed that Fashion Pakistan Week (FPW) 2020 would be held in December this year.
In the past, Fashion Pakistan Week was held for 4 to 5 days, but this time due to Corona, it was decided to limit it to only 2 days, and at the same time, fewer clothes were to be presented this time as compared to the past.

In this regard, a post released on Fashion Pakistan's Instagram account said that Fashion Week has been postponed till February 2021 due to security concerns.
"We look forward to seeing you next year, stay home and be safe," the post added.
On the other hand, the newly elected chairperson of Fashion Pakistan Council (FPC) Mahin Khan in a tweet on the social networking site Twitter also confirmed the postponement of Fashion Week.
