A case of alleged abduction and rape of a girl from Clifton area of Karachi is under investigation. The guard of the flat in which two accused allegedly raped the girl has been detained by the police for interrogation.
According to private TV News, the investigating authorities said that the victim along with other women left Clifton's mall at 9.30 pm. According to the girl's statement, the accused forcibly took her away and released her two hours later. According to the investigation so far, there is no evidence of forcible abduction of the girl by the accused. It can be seen on CCTV that the victim is returning on her own.
A medical report has also been received from a 22-year-old woman claiming to have been gang-raped. Police surgeon Dr Karar Abbasi said samples from the woman and her clothes had been sent for chemical examination. There is a wound on the arm but it appears to have been inflicted on him. According to the investigating authorities, both the main accused belong to Jacobabad and they have rented a flat in Defense Khayaban Rahat where the victim girl was taken. The accused are Abdullah Khoso, Qadir Khoso and Nazar Khoso. Investigators said that Abdullah and Qadir are the main accused who are accused of gang rape while Nazar is their cook and is accused of facilitating it.
