A case of alleged abduction and rape of a girl from Clifton area of Karachi is under investigation. The guard of the flat in which two accused allegedly raped the girl has been detained by the police for interrogation.
According to private TV News, the investigating authorities said that the victim along with other women left Clifton's mall at 9.30 pm. According to the girl's statement, the accused forcibly took her away and released her two hours later. According to the investigation so far, there is no evidence of forcible abduction of the girl by the accused. It can be seen on CCTV that the victim is returning on her own.
A medical report has also been received from a 22-year-old woman claiming to have been gang-raped.
